This petition can be disposed of by directing the scrutiny committee to take decision on the appeal presented by the petitioners for challenging the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer refusing to issue the caste certificate as requested by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. The petitioners shall cause appearance before the appellate forum on 28.7.2016 and as such no separate notice requiring their presence would be necessary. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
