The Applicant/ original Respondent, by this Application prays for listing Writ Petition No.8722/2009 for final hearing out of turn. By order dated 04.01.2010, this Court (Coram : S.B. Deshmukh, J.) admitted the petition and expedited Rule by granting liberty to seek early hearing.

By order dated 25.07.2014 this Court (Coram : N.W.Sambre, J.) disposed of Civil Application No.6854/2014 by directing addition of

In the light of the above orders passed earlier by this Court, this Civil Application is partly allowed.
