Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner who has participated in the tender process undertaken by the respondents, is before us being aggrieved by the fact that it is not being taken to the logical end. 3.

Learned advocate Mr. Bhavthankar submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of both the respondents. He tenders across the bar copy of the communication dated 12-07-2024, purportedly addressed to the petitioner by respondent no. 2. He submits that already the petitioner has been called upon to make deposit of the earnest amount and the stamp duty.
