Writ petition No. 3630 of 2018 had been disposed of on 13th July, 2018 pursuant to the settlement arrived at between the parties and present applicant is considered to be entitled to withdraw amount deposited in this court. Divorce between the parties had taken place. As such, the applicant could not continue with her marital name and in the circumstances, she has sought withdrawal of amount in her maiden name since her bank account is also in the same name. In the circumstances, permission is being sought under the application to allow her to withdraw amount in her maiden name, as shown in prayer clause 'B' and respondent has no particular objection for withdrawal of the amount by petitioner in her maiden name, as shown in application. 2.

In view of aforesaid, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and is disposed of.
