PER COURT :- At the outset the learned A.G.P. has tendered across bar the Government Resolution dated 28th August, 2015 issued by the School and Education Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, wherein there is change in the policy in respect of grant of additional divisions/staffing pattern. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to submit the fresh proposal in the light of the aforementioned Government Resolution for sanction of additional divisions/staffing pattern.
