Present application is filed for review of order dated 21st July, 2022 passed by this Court whereby petition of the present applicant is dismissed for want of prosecution. It appears that under the petition, the petitioner was asking for deciding his application for return of the land. 2.

However, learned A.G.P. at the time of passing of order under petition had submitted the land of the applicant was already acquired and compensation was also paid to him. Under such circumstances, petition of the applicant is also not maintainable.

In view of above, we do not find any substance in the application even for issuing notice to the respondents. As such, review application stands dismissed.
