The present writ petition has been flied for following relief :- "(B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions, in the like nature of writ of mandamus, the respondents be directed to disburse the scholarship in terms of tuition fees / examination fees of the SC.ST, VJNT, OBC and SBC for 7 academic years 2011 to 2018 of A.N.M./ R.A.N.M. course students of the petitioner institute"

Heard Mr. G.G. Suryawanshi, Advocate for the petitoiner and Mr. S.K. Shirse, AGP for respondents.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is pointing out the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 583 of 2014 decided by this court in 2.7.2015. It was a writ petition, according to the petitioners, filed by similarly situated institutions and in the said writ petition, following order was passed :-

In the light of above, the respondent/State is directed to release the tuition fees/examination fees of the students of the petitioners school for the reserved category students of ANM/GNM course for the academic year 2011-12 and 201213, expeditiously, preferably within three months from today. 6.

Writ petitions accordingly stand disposed of. No costs." 4.

Thereafter in another bunch of writ petitions i.e. W.P. No. 10334 of 2015 with connected writ petitions, this Court on 20.1.2016 passed similar orders while directing the State to release the tuition fees/ examination fees of the students of those schools for the reserved category students of ANM course. State was also held to be entitled to scrutinize/examine the necessary requirements. It appears that in the light of these orders, the present petitioner had filed representation on 22.3.2021 and it is still pending before the respondent No.5. 4.

Petition therefore can be disposed of by giving directions to the respondent No.5 to consider and decide the said representation. 5.

Writ petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.5 to decide the representation dated 22.3.2021 filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
