The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceedings are pending since 2012. The petitioner has been admitted to the B.E. course from the reserved category. If the validation is not submitted on or before 10th August 2018, then the admission of the petitioner would be cancelled.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for the respondents.

The petitioner has approached the Court late, however, considering the exigency in the matter, the committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings on or before 7th August

With this direction, writ petition is disposed of.
