All these Petitioners are identically placed. In the first Petition, the identical prayers (B) and (C), read thus:-

(( 2 )) "[B] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no.3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to consider and decide claims/representations of the petitioner annexed at EXHIBIT-C dated 18.03.2024 in the light of G.R. dated 21.06.2023 for changing the postings of the petitioner by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies.

[C] By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directions in the like nature, respondents no.3, Chief Executive Officer may kindly be directed to change the postings of the petitioner, in the light of Circular dated 28.06.2018 and G.R. dated 21.06.2023 for changing the posting of the petitioner by opening the posts of compulsory vacancies."

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the representations of these Petitioners would be considered and if it is practical and feasible to grant them any relief, such transfer would be effected prior to the beginning of the new academic curriculum 2025-2026, in May, 2025. 3.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 would consider the representations of these Petitioners, strictly in accordance with the Government circular dated 28.06.2018 and the Government Resolution dated 21.06.2023, within a period of 60 days.
