Applicants pray to disburse the 75% of the amount deposited by the respondent/acquiring body in this Court. Learned counsel for the applicants tenders on record order dated 05.09.2024 passed by the coordinate Bench in Civil Application No. 9504 of 2023 in F. A. No. 400 of 2022, by which the claimants were permitted to receive the amount on furnishing undertaking. 2.

I find no difficulty in allowing the application by adopting similar course. The amount deposited in this Court shall be
