This application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by acquiring body.

Learned AGP has strenuously opposed the application stating that no case is made out by the applicant for withdrawal of amount.

Considering the fact that land of the applicant is acquired in the year 1984, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Applicant is permitted to withdraw entire compensation amount deposited by acquiring body along with proportionate accrued interest. Applicant to furnish usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for withdrawal of the amount.
