Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.99 of 2024 registered with Ashvi Police Station, District Sangamner, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the papers.

It is allegations against the applicant, on apprehending the applicant by the police were that he alongwith others started fleeing away. However, no deadly weapons were recovered from them. In view of the allegations levelled against the applicant

953-BA-1263-24.odt and no recovery of any dangerous weapon, it could be unjustifiable to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the order :-

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) Applicant - Ganesh Raju Shinde be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) He should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He should attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE rrd
