Learned advocate appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5 submits that the directions of this Court are partly complied with and yesterday the online portal is opened. He further states that within two weeks they will submit online proposal of the petitioner to the Education OfÏcer. We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court.

On receipt of the proposal, Education OfÏcer shall process the same within two weeks thereafter. With these directions the contempt petition is disposed of.

We make it clear that if the time stipulation as mentioned above is not followed, the same will be treated as aggravated form of contempt.
