The learned AGP submits that the issue is with regard to drawing 2 pensions / pensionary benefits. Though this Court had granted time upto April 2022, the Government has not been able to take a decision and is working on the same. Within 3 months, the decision would be taken and the order dated 22.12.2021 passed by this Court in WP No.14364/2021, would be complied with.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the statement of the learned AGP may be recorded. Based on such khs/August 2022/515

- 2 - statement, this petition can be disposed off. 3.

In view of the above, the statement made Mr.V.R.Parmar, Desk Officer, School Education Department on behalf of the respondent / Principal Secretary, School Education and Sports Department Shri Ranjit Singh Deol, that the order of this Court dated 22.12.2021 shall be complied with on or before 30.11.2022, is recorded. If this statement is not followed and the decision is not taken, it would amount to an aggravated contempt.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off.
