Heard Mr. C.K. Shinde, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2] Learned AGP submits that respondent No.4, i.e. Acquiring Body has already forwarded additional proposal for acquisition of the land for percolation tank No.5 at Nandur, Taluka Ashti, District Beed. As per said proposal, land of the petitioner i.e. Gat No. 160 admeasuring 22R is shown for acquisition. According to AGP, fresh award would be passed as per the provisions of the The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 3] As the respondent No.

4 has already moved an additional proposal for acquisition of the writ land, respondents shall commence the said proceedings expeditiously, preferably within 3 months from today and complete the same within the period prescribed under The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. As far as prayer for rental compensation is concerned, petitioner may move the appropriate authority in that regard. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. [K.K. SONAWANE] [S.V.
