The petitioner submits that he is relying on the Vigilance Cell Report of his cousin brother, namely Shreyas Laxman Kanle. He is also relying on his reply/written submissions to the Vigilance Report. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the claim of the petitioner would be decided by the end of November 2022.
