13.06.2018 P.C. :- Heard Mr.P.P. Shahane, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Petition is filed in the year 2008. This is a petition challenging the order dated 06.10.2005 in Administrative Appeal No. A & R. Sec. 1081/2004, thereby the appellant authority refused to grant full back wages to the petitioner. Being aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner was before this Court.

Rule was granted by the Division Bench of this Court sometime in the year 2008. On 24.02.2018 Mr.P.P. Shahane, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
( 2 ) wp727.2008 made a statement before this Court, that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner is expired. He prays sometime to bring the legal representative of the petitioner on record. At the request of learned counsel, time was granted and matter was adjourned to 26.03.2018. He submitted that inspite of his efforts, he could not received any instructions, so as to take steps to bring the legal representative on record.

In view of the submission of the counsel, it seems that the petitioner's family lost interest in prosecuting the petition. The petition is dismissed and disposed of accordingly. The petition is, thus, disposed of for non prosecution.
