Learned Advocate for the applicants has submitted that the investigating officer has given report to the concerned Judicial Magistrate First Class stating that as against applicant Nos.1 and 2 it is non cognizable final and as against applicant Nos.3, 4, 5 and 6, as no evidence was found, report under Section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed. Copy of the report is taken on record by marking it as "A". In view of the said report, learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the Application will not survive.
