Learned Counsel appearing for both the parties submit that this Court, by order dated 24th January, 2020, referred the matter by consent for mediation and the parties have arrived at amicable settlement by formulating specifc terms and conditions before the Mediator. Those terms and conditions are recorded before the Mediator. Though those terms and conditions are not placed before this Court, however, learned Counsel for the applicant-wife submits that in terms of those conditions, formulated before the Mediator, the parties would approach the Family Court and fle appropriate memorandum of settlement.

Civil Application No.10913 of 2016 does not survive and stands disposed of accordingly.
