On perusal of the impugned communication, it does appear that the issue is directed to be placed for approval of the General Body and the General Body is likely to take decision. There is yet no finality to the proceedings initiated for appointment of members of Standing Committee and as such, at this stage of the proceedings, no interference is called for.

It would be open for the petitioners to raise appropriate contention before the General Body and pursue the remedies available in accordance with provisions of law.
