The contempt petition is filed for non compliance of the order dated 16.07.2012. It is submitted that, the application for rental compensation is already decided.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, however, the amount is not yet paid.

The order of which contempt is alleged does not state that the respondents should pay the amount. As such in strict sense contempt cannot be said to have been committed. The petitioner
