The appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of S.D.O. rejecting the application for issuance of tribe certificate is pending. The petitioner has secured admission in 6th standard in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya for Academic Year 20192020. The learned counsel submits that the school has directed the petitioner to submit caste certificate within 10 days.

The learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that the admission of the petitioner is not yet canceled.

Considering the above, the committee shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioner and pending with it by 24.07.2019 and till that time respondent no.2 may not cancel the admission of the petitioner on the ground of non-submission of caste certificate.
