This petition has been filed for direction to Labour Court, Latur to decide the case, being CCULP NO. 38 of 2012 expeditiously. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that order of issuance of process in the said case has not been challenged. 3.

Since the case is very old i.e. of 2012, we direct the Court concerned to decide the same within a time frame of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In view of the same, criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
