The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

The learned counsel for the applicants relied on the order dated 09/08/2024 wherein this court in other similar matters, has granted withdrawal of 75% of the deposited amount to the applicants therein. In view of the same, the applicants herein, are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount of compensation i.e. 50% on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court and 25% on

2 936 CA 9596-24 furnishing solvent surety / security, alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date.

The remaining amount be kept in FDR in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal. 5.
