The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submit that inadvertently two frst appeals are fled against the same judgment and award dated 02/05/2008 in LAR No. 73 of 2005. The other appeal is already kept in the Lok-Adalat scheduled to be held tomorrow on 12/11/2022. The learned counsel for the appellant therefore submits that he wants to withdraw this appeal unconditionally.
