It is submitted that, notice in the writ petition is yet to be served upon the respondent No. 6. The petitioner/applicant by way of present amendment seeks to place on record additional documents and amend/add some paras in the memo of petition.

The respondent No. 6 is yet to appear in the matter. 3.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

The respondents will have every right to controvert the

2 ca 1702.21 averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. In the light of that, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of. 5.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of fourteen (14) days from today.

After the amendment is carried out by the petitioner/applicant in the writ petition, issue notice to the respondent No. 6, returnable on 16.04.2021.
