It is not in dispute that in connected matters this Court has permitted claimants to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by acquiring body vide orders passed in Civil Application No. 5913 of 2020 in First Appeal No. 3760 of 2018 and connected matters and in Civil Application No. 3593 of 2024 in First Appeal No. 3570 of 2022.

In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Applicant/claimant is permitted to withdraw compensation amount to the extent of 50% out of amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking and further 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar(Judicial) of this Court. 5.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
