After arguing at length on merits, when we pointed out to learned advocate for petitioner that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, respondents have taken decision on 06/08/2024 and corrigendum was issued on 22/08/2024 thereby denying the benefits of fixation of pay scale to petitioner and it would be appropriate for the petitioner to challenge these orders instead of pursuing this contempt petition, learned advocate for petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who is present in the Court, seeks permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to challenge the orders passed adverse to the interest of petitioner.

Permission granted. Contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
