Learned Counsel for respondents no.5 and 6 submits that presently the charge of Head Master is with respondent no.5, with whom the salary bills are pending.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondents no.5 and 6, on the basis of instructions submits that respondent no.5 shall process the pay bills and shall send it to respondent no.4 within a week from today. 3.

On receipt of the said proposal, the fourth respondent shall process the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
