We have heard Miss. Talekar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP. Considering the nature of dispute, it was opined that the Civil Court would be appropriate forum.

In view of that, Miss. Talekar, learned Counsel on instructions of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court.
