We have heard Mr. Dhakane, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. It is submitted that, after filling of present contempt petition, the order of this Court to the extent of directing the respondents to scrutinize the case of the petitioner has been complied vide order dated 23.08.2016, it has been held that, the petitioner is entitled for the benefit. The learned A. G. P. states that, he has received communication that the arrears of the said benefits would be disbursed to the petitioner within three months. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'x' for

2 cp 497.16 identification. The same is accepted. The arrears be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of three (03) months as undertaken by respondents. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
