We have heard Mr. Mane, learned counsel for petitioner. The learned counsel submits that the final show cause notice was issued. The reply is filed by the petitioner. Only the final decision is to be taken. The same is not being taken by the authority. The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that within three months further orders will be passed.

The respondent authority shall endeavour to pass final orders, preferably within two months. Naturally the authority has to consider the reply filed by the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
