This application is for condonation of delay for bring on record LRs of deceased respondent No. 2 Gangadhar who died on 11.08.2016 and applicant claims that knowledge of death of respondent No. 2 was to the applicant only after the endorsement to that effect on the daily board dated 30.04.2025. This condonation of the application is gone unchallenged. Applicant therefore, has given sufficient cause for not applying within time to bring LRs of deceased respondent No. 2 on record. 969-CA-6900-2025

Hence, application stands allowed in terms of Prayer Clause "B to D".
