The petitioner's personal property is sought to be measured. For the said purpose, the writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed before this court. The petitioner's property was already measured earlier and there is no dispute that the measurement was carried out. The petitioner is not satisfied. He desires re-measurement of the property.

The petitioner has a statutory remedy.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off in order to enable the petitioner to avail of such remedy.
