Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned A.P.P. for State. Grievance of the Petitioner is that though detailed representation was addressed to the Minister, Woman and Child Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai, and copy of which was

cwp945.15 addressed to the Commissioner, Woman and Child Development, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, no cognizance has been taken.

Since the directions are sought to decide the representation made by the Petitioner, we direct the Commissioner, Woman and Child Development, Maharashtra State, Pune, if already not decided, to decide the representation dated 6th April 2015, as expeditiously as possible, however in any case within THREE WEEKS from today and communicate the said decision to the Petitioner.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
