The Advocates for both the parties had requested the Court that the matter is amicably settled and the terms of compromise are prepared. Therefore, they may be relegated to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of the terms. Accordingly, the parties were relegated to the Registrar of this Court vide order dated 10/07/2023 and they were directed to remain present for verification of the terms of compromise before the Registrar [Judicial] on 17/07/2023.

Accordingly, the parties presented themselves before the Registrar [Judicial] and singed the terms of compromise and also submitted the documents for their verification. The learned Registrar [Judicial] submitted his report after due verification. The report of Registrar [Judicial] is placed before this Court along with the terms of settlement, which are duly affirmed by the parties.

Today, the parties along with their Advocates are present before this Court and accept the terms of settlement, which are marked as '

Exhibit-X'

for identification. They accept that they have voluntarily signed on the terms of compromise and also complied with their obligation.

In that view of the matter, the decree be modified as per the terms of compromise placed at '

Exhibit-X'

. Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise and the decree be drawn accordingly.

In view of disposal of second appeal, pending civil applications, if any, are also disposed of.
