By the present application, the applicant is seeking permission to bring herself on record of First Appeal No.4625 of 2017 as well as Civil Applications filed in the said first appeal.

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 07943 of 2019 02.

The applicant claims to be the daughter of deceased appellant - original claimant Nagnath. It is stated in the application, that the legal heirs of deceased Nagnath have admitted that the applicant has a share in the compensation amount. It is also stated that the they have compromised the matter out of Court and have given consent for taking her share in her name. Copy of the agreement to that effect is also placed on record at Exhibit A-2.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to be brought on record, as legal heir of deceased appellant Nagnath, of First Appeal No. 4625 of 2017 as well as civil applications filed in the said First Appeal.
