The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clause 'B', as under:- "B.

By Appropriate writ or direction like nature, the Respondent No 2, i.e.

The President/ State Level Corporation/ Commissioner of Education, Maharashtra State Pune may kindly be directed to consider the proposal of the Petitioner dated 27th December 2021, in respect of Opening of New School at Govindpur Tq

2 wp 8562.2022 Ambad Dist Jalna, for 1st to 12th Standard as expeditious as possible preferably within four weeks."

The learned AGP submits that the proposal of the Petitioner is not in dormant state. There were certain deficiencies. It was reverted to the Petitioner. After removal of deficiencies, on 27.07.2022, the proposal is now forwarded to the Commissioner of Education / Respondent No.2 herein. As such, the proposal of the Petitioner is being looked into.

Considering the above, we do not find any reason to pass orders as the proposal of the Petitioner is under consideration and we expect an expeditious decision.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off.
