Learned advocate for the petitioners contends that the authorities, particularly the Tahsildar as well as the Sub Divisional Officer, have acted in undue haste in the matters, which are initiated at the behest of the petitioners and that their conduct has aroused sufficient suspicion, whether they are proper to act as quasi judicial officers. He refers to various events those have occurred after initiation of the proceedings. 2.

As such, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 9th August, 2016.

Learned AGP waives service for respondents No.1 to 6.
