1] Criminal Application No.3485 of 2024 for assist to Public Prosecutor is allowed.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

3] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.262 of 2024, registered at Shivaji Nagar Police Station, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 82, 83 of Indian Registration Act, 1908.

4] It appears, prima facie, that the land is sold to the applicant for valuable consideration by Bhanudas who is son of Baburao Gawali. Bhanudas has sold the land by mentioning NA permission of the land to the applicant. Prima facie, the applicant may be the victim of transaction and not the beneficiary.

5] In view of the same, interim protection granted earlier by order dated 23.07.2024 stands confirmed. 6] In view of the above, the application is allowed in the following terms :

i] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required by the Investigating Officer. ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not threaten, influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

7] In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

8] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

9] As regards injunction is concerned, the parties are at liberty to approach the civil court 10] The application stands disposed of.
