By the order dated 09.03.2020, the Trial Court was directed to decide both the suits within a stipulated time. However, time was got extended. By the order dated 22.01.2021, again extension of six months was granted.

The Civil Applications have been filed for extension of the interim relief granted by the order dated 29.09.2018 since the Trial Court has not been able to decide the suits within six months from 22.01.2021. 3.

It appears that even no request is received from the Judge of the Trial Court for seeking extension of time. In view of such state-of-

CA9033-9035-2021 affairs, interim relief to continue for period of six months or till the decision of the suits, whichever is earlier.

Both Civil Applications are disposed of.
