The copy of the Civil Application is served on the learned counsel representing the contesting respondent Nos.9a to 9g. None present for them.

It appears that petitioner No.2 died on 25.08.2020 and this application is filed in the month of November, 2020. The death certificate is also annexed to the application. 4.

The learned counsel submits that the death certificate

903-CA.788-21.odt has been received belatedly i.e. in the month of September and therefore, the delay caused in filing the Civil Application for bringing the LR.s of petitioner on record.

In view of the above, for the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
