Learned advocate Shri Chavan holding for learned advocate Shri Bagul for the petitioner, submits that the cause of action in the petition does not survive since possession is taken back by the Corporation. He seeks liberty to initiate the proceedings for recovery of arrears of rent amount, if permissible in law. He, therefore, does not want to prosecute the instant petition.
