Mr. Natu, learned advocate submits that after filing of the writ petition, the State Government through it' s Urban Development Department has directed the Municipal Corporation Nanded to forward the proposal with regard to absorption of the petitioner on the post of Junior Engineer.

Mr. Narwadkar, learned advocate submits that the Corporation has made it's stand clear in the affidavit filed. 3.

Mr. Tawshikar, learned advocate appears for the

CA No.9242/21 intervenor and submits that the petitioner is not entilted to be absorbed.

In the present matter, we are not considering the merits of the contentions of the parties. The State Government has already directed the Municipal Corporation to forward the proposal for approval. The Municipal Corporation may forward the proposal with it's own comments according to its wisdom. The intervenor can also place the objections with the Corporation. The said proposal shall be forwarded as observed above preferably within six weeks.

In view of above, writ petition is disposed of. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, civil applications are also disposed of.
