Writ Petition Nos. 511 and 512 of 2022 are inadvertently not listed today. By consent of both the parties, both the matters are taken on board.

The respondent - Chief Officer (CO) is present in the Court.

CP 510/22 3.

The learned advocate submits that an apology is tendered by the CO in the light of the fact that the order at issue should have been complied with long ago. Four months time was granted from the date of the order which is 30.11.202 passed in Writ Petition No. 13161/2021. It is further submitted that the earlier CO did not respond to the order of this Court. He has already been suspended, unconnected with the present issue. The present CO has joined in May 2022 and by 21st October, 2022, the order passed by this Court will be complied with. It is clarified that in the case of Shri Rohidas Shivram Mhaske (petitioner in Writ Petition No. 512/2022), the order has already been complied with and all pensionary benefits are paid to him.

In view of the above, in all these matters, the order passed by this Court shall be complied with, if not already complied with, on or before 21st October, 2022. The petitioners should be intimated that the hearing has been posted on 4th October, 2022 and they should render cooperation to the authorities.

In the light of the above, these three petitions are disposed off.
