2] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the other Hon'ble Judge has already allowed the Civil Application No.905/2007 on 30.4.2010, but it appears that the said order is not tagged with the matter and the matter is again shown for hearing on the application. 3] Office to search out the order dated 30.4.2010

CA 10760/10 in FA 82/04 - 2 - passed in Civil Application No.905/2007 and tag the same. If the said order is not found, present civil application be treated as allowed.
