It is noticed that applicant Nos.1A to 1C are already on record. The wife is only remained to be brought on record. The heirship certificate is also placed on record to that effect. As such, the application needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 5(B). (ii) The applicant/acquiring body is directed to bring on record the legal heirs of original claimant within a period of six weeks from today by making necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo.
