In para 6 of the Affidavit in reply dated 24th February, 2022, filed by Mr. Hansraj Ramrao, Assistant Commissioner of Fisheries, Beed on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4, it is categorically stated that, claim/proposal of the petitioner society will be considered in future i.e. for the year 2023-24.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in view of said specific statement made on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 and 4, his grievance as of today does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
