The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that execution filed seeking execution of the award passed under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act is not fructified. The warrant was also issued on 02.03.2016, but no amount is deposited by respondents. If the execution is pending before the Court, the Court certainly will decide the execution proceedings expeditiously considering that the amount involved is one payable to the agriculturist. The Executing Court shall proceed to deal with the matter expeditiously. 2.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
