Present applications have been filed by the acquiring body for getting the delay of 985 and 998 days condoned in filing first appeals respectively. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court.

The learned Advocate appearing for the claimants strongly objects to the applications on the ground that the delay has not been properly explained and whatever reasons have been given is not just and reasonable.
